Ok, it has been five months since my last post here. Much has happened to keep me from this blog. Mainly work. However, I am training and getting better.
I have worked up to 5-6 miles a day running. This is done during my lunch break at work. I am biking more. I did a 33 mile ride Saturday - have a new road bike as well.
Not much more to post at the moment as it is bed time due to work early. I will try to post some pics and times, plus whatever else I can think of this weekend.

What's important is that you didn't quit. Nice to get those runs in like that - I should get that frequency in as well (but certainly don't).
