Regarding your question on using the tracker re: 100 pushups, I decided not to follow it. The plan is simple enough that it's easy to remember where you were before. Worst case, I crank out a spreadsheet.
The other reason I don't use a tracker - my pushup "performance" is pitiful. I'm sure my 5yo daughter can out-perform me. :)
